I run an organic herb farm in Poland. I am running educational activities with school children, getting them involved in sensory gardens and demonstrating how to garden for wildlife.

I also demonstrate how to take care of sensitive biodiversity such as propagating flower meadows, building bee hotels and bumblebee nesters. We have also been propagating traditional vegetables and learning that food comes from healthy soil, not from shops!
